if you have left over idlies , cut them into very small peices ( may be you can crumble it) put very little oil in the walk splutter little jeera ,mustard and chilly pieces and curry leaves. Add idly crumble add grated coconut, chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with chutney.

If you have left over paruppu unde then slice it and fry it add it to kodipicha morkolumbu . tastes yummy
