PINEAPPLE RASAM

Makes nice Drinking Rasam

1 can pineapple - > drain and save the juice
4 g chilies
1 small ginger
Kothmir
3 tomatoes
Tur dal ½ cup

Method:

1.Cook tur dal with lots of water.
2. Chop tomatoes and put to cook in water and haldi
3. Grind green chilies, ginger, ½ cup chopped pineapple pieces
4. Once the tomato is cooked add the ground mixture
5. Add the rem pineapple pieces chopped
6. Add tur dal water and salt
7. Boil well together. (If you want more spicy, add some rasam powder also.)
8. Add 3 lemon juice
9. Add chopped kothmir and switch off
Season.
