WALNUT BURFI

This recipe makes a lot of pieces and is VERY VERY EASY. I love this for big parties.

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 stick margarine/butter melted
mix together.

1 cup sweetened coconut
1 can condensed milk
1 cup walnut pieces

Take a rectangular baking dish. Grease it lightly. Pour the following ingredients in this order into the dish.
Melt butter and press firmly with cracker crumbs.
Spread coconut evenly.
Pour condensed milk evenly over. Pat gently.
Top with walnuts.
Bake at 350F for 20 mins.


ANOTHER VARIATION:(more chocolate)
¾ stick butter melted
1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup brown chocolate chips
1 cup almond slivers
1 tin condensed milk

Take a rectangular baking dish. Grease it lightly. Pour the following ingredients in this order into the dish.
Melt butter and press firmly with cracker crumbs.
Spread chocolate chips evenly.
Pour condensed milk evenly over. Pat gently.
Top with slivered almonds
Bake at 350F for 20 mins.
